Who runs this site

This site is operated by Alberto Martir, professionally known as Tito Silversax, doing business as Mirada Azular, in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. Questions about this page go to designs@titosilversax.com.

What the inquiry form collects

When you send a project inquiry, the form collects your name, email address, business or project name if you give one, the services you’re interested in, your timeline and budget range if you choose them, and your message. That’s all. There are no accounts, and nothing else is asked of you.

How it’s used

Your inquiry is delivered to my inbox as an email so I can reply and, if we decide to work together, plan the project. It isn’t added to a mailing list, sold, or shared for marketing.

The waitlist

The waitlist for ad creatives and social & motion content asks only for your email address and which of the two you’d like to hear about. It’s kept in Kit so I can write to you when they open. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it isn’t sold or shared.

Services involved

• Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived server logs that include IP addresses and browser details, used for security and keeping the site running.
• Resend sends the inquiry email from the site to my inbox.
• Proton Mail hosts the inbox where inquiries arrive.
• Kit keeps the waitlist and sends its emails.
• Google Tag Manager loads the measurement tools below and passes along your cookie choice.
• Google Analytics measures how visitors find and use the site.
• Meta Pixel measures visits from Facebook and Instagram ads, only if you accept cookies.

Cookies and tracking

On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. Nothing that sets cookies runs until you choose Accept.

• Google Analytics uses Google’s consent mode. Before you accept, or if you decline, it sets no cookies and sends only anonymous, cookieless signals about page visits. If you accept, it sets analytics cookies to count returning visits and see which pages and sources bring people here.
• Meta Pixel loads only if you accept. It sets a cookie that lets Meta measure visits and inquiries from Facebook and Instagram ads and build advertising audiences.

Your choice is saved in your browser so you aren’t asked on every page. Analytics never receives the contents of the inquiry form, only that an inquiry was sent. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

How long it’s kept

Inquiries stay in my inbox for as long as they’re useful for our conversation or a project, and for any records I’m required to keep. Waitlist addresses stay in Kit until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove them. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Email designs@titosilversax.com to ask what I have from you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. I’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. It isn’t directed at children under 13.

Using this site

By using this site you agree to these terms. The site describes the studio’s services and past work; it isn’t an offer or a contract.

Project work

Any paid project is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, payment, revisions, and ownership. Nothing on this site changes or replaces that agreement.

Ownership

The design, code, writing, and logo of this site belong to Mirada Azular. Projects shown under Selected work are featured with permission; their names, content, and artwork belong to their owners. Please don’t copy or reuse any of it without written permission.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including client projects. I’m not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I can’t promise it will always be error-free or online.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mirada Azular isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.

Changes

If this page changes, the effective date at the top will change with it. Questions about these terms go to designs@titosilversax.com.
